Wonderland requires an adult signature requirement to all tobacco product orders for security reasons.
We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. We do not refund or credit shipping charges for any shipments.
If your order arrives damaged, you need to call (561) 689-1750 or email wonderland.glas[email protected] within 24 hours to notify us of the problem.
Once we receive photos via text or email, we will issue a shipping label and a RMA.
*We will not issue a refund nor an exchange if the product arrives and appears to have been used. We repeat: The product returned cannot be used.
*All returns must have the original paper receipt or invoice/packingslip
*All product return shipments must be packaged properly in the event we can repair the damage.
Our returns only apply to the following circumstances:
Received incorrect product
Product was an extra item not ordered
Refunds will be made by credit card refund, or store credit only. There are no cash refunds.
